Lovely location, in the middle of green fields. Very quiet and peaceful. Good sized rooms, well equipped. Very friendly host - she waited for us until 11 pm, as we landed late. Breakfast was superb.

The host was fabulous and couldn’t do enough to help, the local was perfect, quiet with the most beautiful surroundings. The apartment was specious, lovely and warm and the kitchen was very well equipped

Mary and Raymond were the kindest people we've met so far during our Ireland trip. Check-in went smoothly, the room was clean with comfortable heated beds. Bathroom had towels, shampoo and shower gel and overall very pleasent experience. We had an irish breakfast with tea and coffee, which was delicious. If I ever visited Ireland again, I would definitelly stay at the Moate Lodge. Raymond also gave us a lot of tips and info about interesting locations near there. We recommend the Lodge 10/10!

Everything, it was one of the most stunning properties in Leinster. The staff and grounds were simply magical. im keeping this short. just book it you will not regret it. I personally promise.

It was a dream.. absolutely amazing accomodation.. large kitchen with a lot of equipment, nice and clean room and bathroom. Everything there is so stylish, so beautiful. I cannot describe it, you must stay there. Staff very kind, local dogs lovely..very recommended!

The three-bedroom house is beautiful. The bedrooms are very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We would happily have stayed longer. Bernadine is a lovely host and made sure we had everything we needed.
