This is as close to perfect as I've experienced with hotels, and I stay in many. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are modern, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The Irish pub that is part of the hotel is superb - a great place to spend an evening with friends. A good choice of drinks in a cosy and comfortable atmosphere. The location of the hotel is great, just a few minutes walk to the centre of town, railways stations, etc. This hotel is clearly run by people who take great pride in what they do. Already planning my next visit!! No need to consider any other hotel in Den Haag. Simply wonderful!!!

It was very disappointing: Due to a knee injury, I was unable to climb the very steep stairs to the top floor (not shown or written in advance in the listing)! I asked if I could change an apartment or request a partial refund and when that was not possible, I booked another hotel and asked if I could please change the date to 2025 (not something unreasonably close). So far, nobody has returned my messages, my card has been charged, and Booking.com’s customer service said they would let me know when the property replied them - which has not been done. I was supposed to have stayed from April 17-19, and now it is the middle of May: The property still hasn’t replied.
