Villa LEVANTA is an independent house with three bedrooms one family bathroom and a cloakroom/WC with many outdoor areas with views to the region’s olive groves and magnificent view of the White mountains (Lefka Ori). The house is located just off the main street– with his own access road where you can easily park. The distance from the closest beach is 1.1km away and 19km away from Chania Town. Our home is well-suited to either couple seeking privacy, family vacation or even small groups all year round and is offering all year round vacation as it has heating for the winter and cooling for summer. A wealth of indoor and outdoor amenities awaits for you. Villa Levanta is The right place to be for cyclists or nature lovers.

The right place to be if you want to explore Chania and Rethimno as the house is located in between Rethimno and Chania prefectures!!!! Activities recommended: 1. Cycling or walking on the many routes the area offers in nature 2. Swimming on the four closest sandy beaches of the area 3. Visit the beautiful traditional villages of Apokoronas Region such as Vamos Gavalohori, Douliana ..... 4. Water sports at the beach of Almyrida (6km) 5. Walk to the village Armenoi (800m) along the water springs, where you can enjoy your food or drink and make your shopping from the bakery or village butcher's shop with the incredible variety of local traditional tastes 6. Visit to the Ottoman fortress of ''Intzedin" and the archaeological site of Aptera (5.5km) with panoramic views and the enchanting castle. 7. Hiking in the Diktamos Gorge, near the village of Stylos and Samaria Gorge 8.Visit the glass factory in Kokkino Chorio 9. visit the old harbour of Chania and Rethimno ...and many many other to do all year round.
Armeni Village is a small village just 800m away from the house. It is near the main island road but away enough to be quiet and peaceful. The village is set in a fertile valley, with the Xydas River passing through it that creates unique routes to walk or cycle around. The tiny village square is shaded by large trees and there are four taverns you should visit. ‘Drosostalia’ is one of them with excellent taste of food, great portions, very good prices, friendly environment, surrounded by big old trees which create enormous shade. You can walk next to the river and enjoy your coffee or drink to Tsitsikas café or visit the other three cafe in the square and have a drink or taste Raki (cretan drink with alcohol) and Graviera (Cretan cheese). There is a bakery and a butcher shop on the square which you will love for the wide variety of traditional local products. In Stilos village there are also taverns by the village springs, of which the waters form the river of Kiliaris that flows to the beach of Kyani Akti. For nature lovers, this area is lovely for a nature walk along the Kiliaris river. If you try it, you'll also see a watermill built on the river.
