About the property: A bright & spacious Sunny Villa, featuring an amazing terrace that is perfect for enjoying the sunny days of summer. This unique space is great for friends and family who want to spend a quiet & quality stay in the center of the charming small-town of Bovec and experience it comfortably and in style. THREE THINGS PEOPLE LOVE about this Sunny Villa apartment: 1 - The VIEW of the mountains from the terrace or bedroom is awesome. Just waking up to a beautiful sunrise or having a breakfast on the terrace is worth the stay. 2 - The LOCATION is simply amazing. The apartment is in the CENTER of the town and basically everything is within walking distance from the apartment. We are just a couple of steps away from the main square where all the events take place and the most popular restaurants / bars are located. At the same time it is still far enough that you will be able to completely enjoy the comfort of PEACE and QUIETUDE that you deserve. 3 - The apartment has great CHARACTER. It is very SPACIOUS, charming, with lots of natural light and all modern upgrades a traveler would need for a relaxing and carefree stay in Bovec.

About the neighborhood: The apartment is in the center of the town. It is in a very safe neighborhood, with a charming small-town feel. The main square, restaurants, sport & adrenaline agencies are less than a minute of walk away. The market and the most popular bars are just a short walk away too. Bovec is considered as one of the gems of the Slovenian Alps. Mountaineers, hikers, adrenaline junkies, skiers, mountain bikers and others that just want to relax and enjoy their hard earned vacation will just love its atmosphere. For those who love hiking or biking there are more than plenty of trails around. I guarantee that you won't easily forget the waterfalls, canyons and all around beauty of the surrounding nature. If you are a sport junkie Bovec may be even better. Soča river is one of the most famous rafting paradises in the world. In addition to that there are a couple of amazing canyoning places and ziplines as well as other water activities that will keep you busy for days in summer time. In the winter, skiing enthusiasts can ski on Kanin, the highest Slovenian ski resort with around 30 km of slopes in connection with the Italian Sella Nevea.
