Good value for money and good location.
Very clean without artificial smells and the room was furnished in a traditionally style.
Jacuzzi and pool very hot mineral water, if you want to use the sauna or steam bath you have to book ahead which I though was good as better than wasting energy all day with no use.
restaurant had a good menu and the breakfast was adequate for the money.
Strong wi-fi.
My wife has visual problems as it was well lite throughout.

We especially enjoyed the hot springs and that it's close enough for a trip to the seven rila lakes. The town itself is pretty quiet, we've been at the beginning of july and there weren't a lot of turists. Out stay was during the week (wednesday-friday).

Quaint little Spa town and you can see they are trying to modernise it. I enjoyed the location as I wanted a spa break, a few days is enough though as there is not a lot to do in the town itself, That said the surrounding hills are great for walking etc

Sapareva Banya is not to be missed for hikers, nature lovers and people who like spa/hot springs. The famous Seven Rila Lakes can be easily reached from here, and many more hikes are possible. The town boasts a 103°C geyser and a public spa center (Aqua Club Kotvata) that has everything from large warm swimming pools to hot jacuzzi to cold ponds to sauna, and more. The town is a very quiet place, and people are friendly.

Very nice guest house, the owner was very friendly and although his , English is not so good, we manged to communicate well and felt at home. The room was large with a balcony overlooking the fruit garden of the owner who also offered us apples from his trees. We had a very
tasty breakfast that was prepared for us in the morning.

Gorgeous place to stay, very friendly host and delicious food! Warm mineral water pools, only 17 km from Rila lakes and various waterfalls and archaeological places. We strongly recommend
“ Къща Грахльов” and we definitely be coming back next year!

There is nothing special about Sapareva banya but it is a nice budget-friendly near-Sofia resort. It's very easy to reach the 7th Rila lakes, the Rila monastery, the Resilovo monastery, as well as the Rila park in Dupnitsa city. Rado pizza place is an excellent dinner choice. You could place it wherever you want at the Mediterranean coast and it will fit perfectly. Try to avoid "SPA upon request" properties.
A very friendly and helpful host. We felt really welcome and had a good time staying at that place! Good location - there is a choice of several restaurants at 5-15 minutes walking distance and at least one works late in the night, so there is no problem eating out and you don't have to stick to just one place. There is enough parking space right in front of the house. Sapareva Banya is a good location to stay if you want to see Rilski Manastir or hike to the Musala peak.
The house is very nice and big. Everything was clean and the host was very polite and friendly. There is an outdoor space with a nice garden and a barbecue. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bathrooms were sparkling clean and with everything needed. The kitchen in the house and the living room were with enough space for all my friends and there is also a fire place. We had fun playing on the PS4 and also some of the board games we found there.
Beautiful little gem in Sapareva Banya! big room with nice balcony (beautiful view of mountains), really comfortable, lot of hot water in shower and there was even a bathtub. The lady at reception was really nice and helpful. the big commune kitchen is really well equipped (there is everything to cook) , with a bbq outside. private parking and close to the restaurants. we would definitely come back. Best quality is rice value we had in Bulgaria!
Great place, everything is new, and very spacious - kitchen, a living room (with a sofa bed), and toilets (that can also serve as a shower, but not a convenient one, we didn't even try) on the first floor, and 2 large rooms and a shower on the second floor.
The host was very friendly, waited for us in the apartment, and approved a 1-hour late check-out.
Would stay again.
I liked the quiet place, very clean and cozy, you feel like at home. Evenings can be spent by the fireplace, watching the play of the flames. The room is spacious and warm (we vacationed in December). Well equipped kitchen area. The hostess is friendly and nice, ready to help if you have any questions. 🙂
Clean, spacious house next to owner’s house with cooking wares ready for use. it is 40 minutes drive to the start of 7 Rila lakes lift. Owner are very friendly and helpful with fresh breakfast including raspberries from their trees, the fresh grapes are free to pick from the garden. Highly recommended.
Room was comfortable with a large balcony, overlooking a stream with sunset views. Great location to visit the Seven Rila lakes as the lift is a 25min drive, as well as the mineral springs. Trampoline/toys for kids, and spa use at no addition cost.
The owners of the house were very friendly and flexible in terms of time of arriving.
The view from the room was very nice.
It's on the 3rd floor and the whole Sapareva banya.
It's also very close to the Kotvata swimming pool.
The mineral water pool and the spa were really good. The man at the reception was nice and polite. The beds are good sized and the whole apartment was clean overall. This is pretty much all that was good about this hotel tho.
Very well equipped house - it was big, spacey, cozy and a super place overall for several families to stay together. The jacuzzi was a killer with the kids.
