Good location close to the sea, and walking distane to the old town. Big clean room, but not very cozy, and everything a bit outdated. Breakfast was ok, but selection could have been better. Ample parking place right at the hotel.

It's easy to walk round Porec - though it's a bit of a maze, so if you see something you like in a shop buy it there and then, or you might not find the shop again! We went on an evening boat trip with the company Monvi Tours - this was excellent - very friendly staff, and we even saw dolphins! We'd also recommend the Barolin Wine and Cheese Bar on Nikola Tesla street - for delicious Malvazija wine and a good range of fabulous Istrian cheeses. And excellent Istrian olive oil.

City Poreč is so beautifull city, and so diversable.
City Poreč is so beautifull city, and so diversable. You can have sporty vacation for all the beautiful with bike lanes between Green ian Blue Lagoon, so many walking paths under pine trees, numberous activities. You can be at the beach with lots of activities and loud music, or you can quickly find a quiet privat peace of beach, it really offers you what your heart desires. For the best local food experiance, I suggest Bacchus Vinoteka, in the old part of town.

Our initial impression was negative.
Our initial impression was negative. So much traffic and tourists, and a lot of industry put us off. But the old town blew us away! So full of character, ambience and history. Highly recommended, even if it's just for a day trip.

The restaurants provide little diversity of dishes
The restaurants provide little diversity of dishes
The is surely another way to prepare fish other then on a grill and served with washed out blitva and its not cheap either - low value for money
The shops sell cheap goods and clothing
The overpolulated icecream vendors and lack of healthy alternative
The waiters callling out for customers is ugly
Overall food and accomodation far too expensive relative to quality provided
Poor public WC facilities near city beaches considering tourist population

Beautifull little town with vibrant atmosphere.
Beautifull little town with vibrant atmosphere. The beaches were absolutely well organized and well taken care off. But everything is extremely overpriced and very expensive in compare with the previous year.
Very nice place! Good location near the beach and walking distance to Porec old town. The pool nearest the hotel was very full, a bit noicy and the pool was a bit small. The one next door was much better- bigger and more spacious. Liked that we got fresh towels for the pool every day. Should inform guests that it costs 40kn pr sunbed at the beach. A bit of a hilly walk to get to the shop to buy food. Good exercise though! The apartments are looking a bit dated inside, but they function.
The apartment was very modern and clean. It has a nice seating area and all the amenities we needed. There’s a lovely patio space where we sat, enjoyed a glass of wine and watched the sunset. We were only there for one night so we just walked to the beach and had dinner. There was a place to park off the street right in front of the house. Marija is a lovely host and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend Villa Stephany for your stay in Porec.
I liked the overall stay, modern look of reception, bar, restaurant and other places and services. Clean room and bedding, white towels (which I really like), room cleaning service, perfect cuisine and variety of choice. Everyday fish for dinner. Although the situation of the hotel is far from Poreč center, there is a tourist train for a reasonable price. The receptionist was very nice, polite and helpful. I liked the pillows, prefer not to hard.
excellent place for the spring cycling in Istria, the hotel was already full at the beginning of May, complet buffet for breakfast and dinner are available, there are free drinks over dinner , no extra parking fees, sea view from the balcony is 1A, the place is completely quiet, a beautiful large park around the hotel it takes about 40 minutes to the center of Poreč- walking around the sea
Very nice, well-equipped, huge apartment. Close to the beach, in a quiet and peaceful area, close to the old town of Porec. Quick check-in and check-out.
Maybe the gas grill could use a renovation.
Restaurant nearby. Dino's pizza is the best. Great excursion opportunities. Overall, we had a great time. I hope we will come back again. Thank you for everything.
Great location, delicious food, nice clean room with sea view, clean hotel pool, beautiful beaches - not crowded, lots of green everywhere, there is turist train to poreč, aquapark so close you don't need a car to go there, everything what we needed was close.we absolutly loved our stay and hope to come back again.
A nice yard that you can use privately which extends the room dramatically! There are some benches there and a table - we never used one inside! Very nice owner!
Try a nice path to Porec - you don't need a public transport if 30 min under the pine trees next to the sea sounds like a walk for you.
good location
great view from balcony
great breakfast
staff very helpful
because we were staying at the Valamar we could get a ferry (free) over to an island which had another Valamar hotel. We also got free umbrella with 2 lounges right on the beach with fantastic swimming.
excellent location, very close to ferry dock. private apartment one flight up (no lift), soundproof windows and good a/c, clean bathroom and large towels, washing machine (but no drying rack), helpful staff, free boat ride to St Nicholas island and sister resort hotel there.
As other people tend to say about Hotel Mauro, the staff are truly great here. Location is right where you'd want it to be: near the harbor, Basilica, restaurants, etc. And a 10 minute walk to swimming (though you can also take their van to a different, more secluded spot).
Everything. 🌞
We had such an amazing time while staying in Poreč at the apartment Sole 3.
The apartment is sparkling clean, the room and bathroom are spacious, the bed and pillows are very comfy.
The most important thing: private parking.
We will definitely come back.
Green surrounding around the hotel.
Walking distance (20min) to Porec.
Big car park at the hotel.
Price was ok, it is not an expensive hotel, but with the things we didn't enjoy unfortunately it was not value for money.
Free soft drinks and beer and wine at the dinner.
The hotel is in a great location along the beach. It is easily accessible from Porec bus station, either by taxi or the tourist train. The staff is friendly, and the hotel offers a great breakfast and lunch buffet with drinks.
Perfect Central location. We travelled with elderly relative and was ideal as no steps to negotiate. We were able to walk to bars and resturants. Plenty of outside space too. Been to porec many times best hotel by far.
The hotel overall was very nice, close to the beach and the beach was very family-friendly. The water was lovely. Everything was clean and the hotel staff was friendly. The food was pretty good overall.
The easy access to the hotel, check-in and -out were easily done and they accepted card payments. Very spacious room with great internal facilities. Very good experience and I strongly recommend it.
A super welcome to Porec from Mateo and the team. Made my first break after 18 months more than lovely. Highly recommend Hotel Porec and the Porec town to families, couples and singles alike.
