The hotel was near a bus stop, which was handy. The beds were very comfortable
Our hotel is situated on the attractive town square in the middle of the flower village of Aalsmeer. On the square in front of our hotel you'll find ample space for parking.

The staff at the reception and the restaurant were really friendly, funny, and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious, well-presented, and reasonably priced. The room itself is spacious and basic, but it has everything you need. The beds were comfortable as well, and there was a sun-blocking curtain. They obviously did some renovations to the hall and rooms, and the end result is modern and warm. I agree with the rest of the reviews that this hotel is really good value for money!

Aalsmeer is close to Amsterdam to get in easily, but far enough away that the city does not swamp you. It is close to Amsterdam Bos, which is a massive park, filled with cycle paths. There is shopping and excellent cafes and restaurants. Close by also, is Amstelveen, and I can recommend Colijn restaurant, which is simply amazing. The tram into the Amsterdam is frequent and fast, or you can use RAI park and ride which we used several times because of the simplicity and cost. If you have a car, reaching places like Naarden and Utrecht is straightforward (and both recommended). There is so much historic and modern Netherlands within easy reach of Aalsmeer I can strongly recommend staying here.

A very nice and quiet city.
A very nice and quiet city. People were great, we had the opportunity to visit this very nice place, "the Beach" with we enjoyed a lot.
People at the front desk were also wonderful.
Thank you, we will come back on our next visit to the Netherlands.

Tulips Park in Keukenhof was beautiful, even better with the flower parade day. Noordwijk Beach is not far and a great place to go if you have some good weather, also excellent if you're travelling with your dog. Beautiful lake views throughout.

Fascinating area.
Fascinating area. Lots of different types of properties and businesses in these waterfront sites. I'd have like more information about what is behind the road frontage where you can only see houses.

Well, the Hotel is close to the Airport and you can feel a bit the airport, but was not as bad as I expected. The staff were very polite and nice. They helped us and guided us on how to visit the city of Amsterdam and where to park to be cheaper and easier to visit.
The area around the hotel is nice with a lot of little canals. Not many restaurants but a few good ones.
I chose this hotel outside of Amsterdam due to the very good price. Aalsmeer is very well communicated by the public transportation, it takes about 30 minutes to get there from Amsterdam Centraal. My room was small but very comfortable. There was a small table and chair, small wardrobe, a bed. The bathroom was also ok, there was a hairdryer. The hotel was very quiet. The breakfast buffet had good choices. There is a Lidl supermarket just across the street. I also recommend having a dinner in the hotel restaurant, the food was very good!
A quiet and a very cosy get away from our busy days at the Trade Fair. Would also be a super holiday stay during Spring and Summer months. A unique environment with water birds visiting and gliding past our window. We enjoyed cooking leisurely breakfasts, as although small the kitchen it was excellently equipped The deck area was a lovely when the sun shining in the mornings. Aalsmeer is a delightful town with a lot of excellent restaurants. Thank you to our host Maria for a great stay.
The central location for exploring the Netherlands was excellent. Having bikes included in the property and the proximity to Amsterdam Bos was a highlight. The beds were comfortable and the rooms a good size. Despite how close we were to a commercial estate and Schiphol Airport, the property had excellent soundproofing. Simple parking was a definite plus. Easy access to Amsterdam from the property also appealed.
The room, although small, was ergonomic and well organized so it was easy to manage our stuff during our one night stay between flights. The hotel was a 10-15 minute drive from the airport, but the taxi was about 45€ with tip. The Uber ride to the airport the next day was 24€ with tip.
The place is a little 80s, but I loved it. The staff was friendly and professional. The only criticism I have is that the toiletries were from a soap dispenser and there wasn't a hair dryer, but who cares when a hotel that adorable!!!
We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. We liked the location of the Watervilla at the Aalsmeer. The acommodation is also nicely decorated and we were greeted with flowers and chocolate.
Basic cabin. Clean. If you account for sheets and towels you end up paying the same price as for nearby hotels. Washrooms are a bit away in the shipyard building where the boats are being repaired.
The hotel was value for money. Since there was a party in the restaurant and there would be no breakfast served (for additional fee) in the morning, they waived the city tax which we appreciated.
We booked at very short notice and were lucky to get this lovely hotel at such a good price. Room clean and comfortable. Plenty of places to eat in town.
