I had a apartment with balcony . It was winter but the balcony is very small . The (Hästens)beds were too soft for me and a little bit too big for the bedroom the sitting room and kitchen was roomy. Not a big kitchen but ok for making breakfast and easy meal. No oven but microwave. Fridge had no freezer. Overall a nice apartment and the hotel is in the middle of the dorpstraat . Shops are very close .

The location is great. Middle of it all.. Room with a Seaview is the best! Loved it. Peaceful to wake up to that or sit at the balcony with the sun. Staff are super friendly and professional. Always helpful and welcoming. Nice that next to the hotel, there is a bar where you can have some drinks and fun before going to bed. The breakfast buffet was also good and with variety. In overall, a great place to stay when visiting lovely Vlieland.

We had an excellent stay. Good size room at the rear of the property, exceptional views over the waddenzee sea. Great proportioned bathrooms with his/hers double rain showers. The rooms are clean, very comfortably furnished and with thoughtful design finishes. Friendly staff. Good brekfast with plenty options to choose from. A well run place.
