Friendly staff and efficient service from staff. They were able to assist me on my short stay. We were there for a 7 hour layover, so the location was ideal. Able to freshen-up and be ready for the next flight. Location was ideal.

The hotel is right by Yod Abyssinia, an awesome place for traditional food and entertainment (cultural music and dance from throughout the country is showcased). The hotel overall is very clean and staff are very welcoming, kind, and ready to offer their assistance. We have eaten at the restaurant. Their complimentary breakfast is great whether you want a traditional breakfast or a more western breakfast. For lunch or dinner we prefer the traditional food- they do a very good job at making that. Our room was very nice and everyday housekeeping did a wonderful job at tidying up our room and providing us hygiene essentials. I highly recommend this place to those visiting Addis Ababa.

Best Western Plus Pearl Addis has a fitness centre, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Addis Ababa. This 4-star hotel offers an ATM and a business centre. My favourite is the staff, specially the manager Mr. Yosef he was extremely helpful and made my life so much easier. Everyone else were so nice as well. The location was close to the airport about 1 km which was perfect for my purpose and also they provide a free airport shuttle huge plus.

Jupiter International Hotel - Bole is located in Addis Ababa, 350 metres from the UNECA Conference Center. Free WiFi is offered and the hotel features a restaurant, bar and 24-hour front desk. For me, the hospitality extended by each staff member, from the shuttle driver to the reception and restaurant personnel, was exceptional. It was a wonderful first-time introduction to the friendliness of Ethiopian culture. The hotel did very well in customer service as early as my booking the reservation many months prior. Businesses should be reminded that with good customer service, any minor negative can be overlooked or forgiven. Great job, Jupiter!
