Very comfortable room nice breakfast very helpful staff, only complaint is an airport problem not a hotel one that the escalator up to terminal was not working

The hotel is right by Yod Abyssinia, an awesome place for traditional food and entertainment (cultural music and dance from throughout the country is showcased). The hotel overall is very clean and staff are very welcoming, kind, and ready to offer their assistance. We have eaten at the restaurant. Their complimentary breakfast is great whether you want a traditional breakfast or a more western breakfast. For lunch or dinner we prefer the traditional food- they do a very good job at making that. Our room was very nice and everyday housekeeping did a wonderful job at tidying up our room and providing us hygiene essentials. I highly recommend this place to those visiting Addis Ababa.

Staff were so nice and friendly.. You will find people like Menyhil how helped me when my father got sick during our stay. All the staff helped but he was the one who took us to the hospital and stayed for translation. And you will meet with Sara on the reception, and her colleagues, they are all together a very good team, always smiling to your face. People on the restaurant, people on the Hotel shuttle service, security people, Abbay 😊. It's all about people.

The hoster and staff so helpful. The rooms are so clean and the location is so close to the airport. We had an issue with our ticket, the owner helped us to to fix the problems.
