The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to the mall, restaurants, and bole medhane alem church. The hotel is right by Yod Abyssinia, an awesome place for traditional food and entertainment (cultural music and dance from throughout the country is showcased). The hotel overall is very clean and staff are very welcoming, kind, and ready to offer their assistance. We have eaten at the restaurant. Their complimentary breakfast is great whether you want a traditional breakfast or a more western breakfast. For lunch or dinner we prefer the traditional food- they do a very good job at making that. Our room was very nice and everyday housekeeping did a wonderful job at tidying up our room and providing us hygiene essentials. I highly recommend this place to those visiting Addis Ababa.

All the staff helped but he was the one who took us to the hospital and stayed for translation. And you will meet with Sara on the reception, and her colleagues, they are all together a very good team, always smiling to your face. People on the restaurant, people on the Hotel shuttle service, security people, Abbay 😊. It's all about people.
