Just 5 minutes from Stansted Airport, this hotel offers breakfasts and dinner at the hotel restaurant. Central London is only a 45-minute train journey away. It was easy to get to the hotel from the airport. The hotel bus leaves from Coach station (Bay 19) every 30 min. You just pay £4 for the driver (cash or card) and in 15 min you are at the hotel. Quick check in, comfortable and clean room with a tea pot and tea. Comfortable bed to sleep. Breakfast starts from 4am (cold) and 6am (hot). But even at 5am I enjoyed vegan granola with raisins and added berry compote to it.

With free parking and an elegant interior, this hotel is situated less than a 5-minute drive from Stansted Airport Terminal. Each room has a private bathroom and a TV and DVD. It’s really nice and friendly

Set in Takeley and with Hatfield Forest reachable within 5 km, Old Thatch Bambers Green offers express check-in and check-out, allergy-free rooms, free bikes, free WiFi and a garden. When I called the hosts they already knew who was calling and offered to pick me from the airport, which saved my life as the weather was bad. They've also drove me back to the airport on the next day for a reasonable charge. Both room and bathroom were cosy and clean. There was an USB power plug on the wall so I was able to charge my devices.

Firstly, we want to thank the host for welcoming us very warmly, telling us about the city, and being very attentive to ensure our stay was pleasant. The room itself was tidy, and we found everything we needed for our two-night stay. It is very close to the airport, which was convenient for us. There is a bus stop nearby. Also, there is a tasty kebab kiosk and a bar to grab some food. We were satisfied. A great place for travelers and those looking to stay close to the airport.

Great spot for a one night's stay when flying from Stansted! BathTub was awesome. Hosts were super accommodating & great with communication.
