Also, and very importantly, in case of weather complications (which I had) he'll help you figure out the best alternative mode of transport, so that you're not stuck longer than you have to. Good quality food with some German specialties on the menu, as well as an overall attention to detail throughout the property, which you don't find that often in this part of the world.
