Set 9 km from Siena, this 19th-century country house features a restaurant and outdoor pool. It offers traditional Tuscan rooms with wood-beamed ceilings, surrounded by sunflower fields. Check-in was extremely quick and easy. The staff were extremely knowledgeable on the area and provided a map with proposed itineraries with QR codes describing them in greater detail. They also recommended some lesser-known local sites worth visiting during our stay. The breakfast was phenomenal, with various pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruits, juices, and yogurt. There was more, but overall the freshness and quality were top notch. We had dinner at their restaurant every night, which gave us a wide variety of local tastes. Honestly, we tried 80% of the menu and everything was great! This is a great spot to relax outside the city, but still close enough for day trips anywhere in Tuscany.

Rinidia Bio offers self-catering apartments set in a working farm producing organic vegetables and fruit. Everything was perfect and better than expected. First of all, the location is useful since it has beautiful views, it’s just 15’ away from Siena, plus it has a Coop supermarket less than 5min away in the small village near the place. We felt at home, the apartment itself is super equipped with all of the necessary utilities and more (three different types of coffee machines, dishwasher, toaster, etc). But what we loved the most is how cozy it felt. Beautiful decoration, all of it was very neat and clean. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. Marco and Valentina made sure we where ok at all time in case anything missed. Plus, they welcomed us with a bottle of local wine. Also, if you like horses, there are some of them at the back of the hotel. Not for riding though, but you can manage a Ride in a nearby place with the staff.

It is an honor to be able to stay in this beautiful place with a long history. They are cultivating, preserving and sharing cultural heritage well. The owner and daughter there are very kind and considerate. He held my heavy carrier together. Also, I almost couldn't eat breakfast because of the early morning check-out on my last day, but I was able to eat breakfast early because she called me a taxi and was considerate. The break time in the bio pool was really peaceful. The bus stop was right in front of me, so it was easy to get to Siena. The village was within walking distance, so it was convenient to buy what you needed from the coop. I will come back here again next summer.
