The breakfast at 25th floor is great quality and service. We stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, yet this one is one of the top hotels.

Quality of the room and services are exceptional. Attention to detail from the guest services crew is spectacular. We checked-in to Conrad Macao a day after my birthday and yet a keen eyed guest services team managed to catch it and sent a beautiful cake and well wishes the very next day. UNBELIEVABLE!! The best birthday week ever!

The buffet restaurant Feast was good the staff so kind especially Mrs. Lacy. Swimming pool was good too and the staff also kindly. It was my second time, it was good. Thank you for your warming stay!
