The staff here really go above and beyond to help you out with whatever you need. We were headed to Malawi and needed some visas printed, some bus’ organised and some money exchanged. The helpful staff were able to help us with all of this and more. We arrived very early on check in day and not only were they able to get us in our room by 9:30am but also gave us an extra free breakfast.

Situated in Tete, Hotel Fatima has a fitness centre, garden, BBQ facilities, and free WiFi throughout the property. The accommodation features room service and a 24-hour front desk for guests. The staff was highly motivated and extremely helpful with some critical issue where all the information available on the net was no longer correct. We got a free upgrade since apparently the executive rooms were not booked out. The overall quality of the room by far exceeded our expectation and the Wifi was excellent.
