Kitu Kiblu is a little gem in Kilindoni, only 5 minutes from the airstrip. The lodge is completely immersed in nature, with direct access to the ocean and a breathtaking view. The atmosphere is more of a family than an accommodation facility: you feel right away at ease with everyone, and you can immediately switch your brain off and take away any sort of stress that you carry on your shoulders. If you want, you can also organise an encounter with the whale sharks in a responsible and organized manner. I left a piece of heart in Kitu Kiblu and I'll definitely come back.

Located in Kilindoni and only 6.1 km from Rufiji Mafia Kilwa Marine Reserve, Maweni CoralBay Beach Villa provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Everything was very fine - even if the accommodation is not yet perfect and still missing some finalization. But I was very happy at your place and I can recommend Maweni absolutly especially for guests just coming by ferry boat as you could reach Maweni in a couple of minutes by food, as well very close to the Mafia airport. All the nice food and the taking care of everything I really appreciated. I was very amazed about the taking care of the beach and the garden every day, the view and the nice and open location. The staff was magnificent, kind, and attentive. The facilities are new and beautiful. The pool was perfect to relax in and cool off. The location is centrally located, we even walked to and from the airport. They called for transportation to scuba diving and whale shark tours. The food was excellent and plentiful. We ate all our meals there for 6 days. And the staff was wonderful. All 5 of us in our group, after a month of traveling, highly recommend Mafia Dream

Gorgeous setting and fabulous staff! They helped arrange all of our tours, which were phenomenal. Abi was so attentive to our requests and made us feel like we were staying with friends not just guests. I hope to return!

Truly cosy, comfortable, very clean, surrounded by greenery, with direct access to the sea and a super nice walk to the centre of Kilindoni. Food was delicious, staff lovely and Musa himself was an excellent caring and informative host. Most recommended!
