I chose the hotel because I have stayed in this chain before. A comfortable room with great beds and good shower. The pool was warm and clean, the kids loved it. The reception service was very cordial and the breakfast employee, Mr Dominic, was very polite and attentive.

This hotel is 2 mile from downtown Concord and one mile from the Capitol Center for the Arts. The hotel offers an indoor pool and rooms with free Wi-Fi. We stayed as a family of 3 with my son an husband both very picky eaters. Let me just say breakfast was phenomenal from the flavor to the options my aon and husband loved it. Plus the 2 workers we met 1 day was a man 1 day was a lady both super friendly and helpful. Also the coffee, tea, hit chocolate station is amazing and at your service all day and night.

I would suggest to IHG to put in their website that breakfast is at the restaurant inside the building but it does not work like a self service. They give you a menu with different choices and prices but if you booked your room with continental breakfast you can ask for anything regardless the price but you have to make sure to tell the front desk that you do not want to be charged by the restaurant. This way Sheela in this case put a note in the system on our behalf and we were not charged for anything.
