I had an accident on the highway an hour before I had checked in. When I told the manager he was so very helpful and kind. He allowed me a late check out the next day and then when I had to book another night and wait for my house to drive 14 hours to get me. He again allowed me to have a late checkout. Overall, he and his staff were very kind to me during a very stressful time.

Rate was very comparable to other nearby hotels. The pool are is massive and quite. No hot breakfast which was the only blip. This is now my place to stay when we travel in the Pocatello area!

This downtown Pocatello hotel is located just off I-15. It serves a continental breakfast and offers free Wi-Fi access. Suites are decorated in a variety of exciting and romantic themes. The room design was just great, we were in the Western room, and really everything is designed like that - saloon doors, a shower within a watering can etc. Really cool. The room was cooled down when we arrived, unlike the hotel before - and this was very appreciated given the 105 degrees outside. We liked it!

Keypad code was easy to use. Spotlessly clean upon our arrival in a nice neighborhood. Well-stocked with towels and amenities. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows and blankets. Good heating system. Super clean well-appointed bathroom with good lighting. This was an Airbnb-type accommodation so we made our own breakfasts and one dinner in the most excellent, well-equipped kitchen. Internet connection worked quite well, so no issue there. Easy 20-30 minute walk to Idaho State University.
