Location: right between Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood, two very safe and trendy areas of Buenos Aires. Although taxis are very cheap in general, this area has good connectivity with the rest of the city. Very convenient that it's so close to Aeroparque (inner city airport) so try to land there instead of the farther Ezeiza Airport. Hotel: it's a new building and everything works as new. Rooms: very functional for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. The suite is spacious and all amenities work very well. Staff: this is where the experience excels. Yamila and her team are outstanding in every aspect of service possible. They are always available, either in the hotel or via Whatsapp. They go the extra mile to pamper their guests and are very flexible to accommodate specific requests about transportation, laundry, shopping, luggage, etc. From now on, this is our default hotel every time we go to Buenos Aires.

The location was amazing. Lots of Restaurants along the river. The ecological park is beautiful The breakfast was good for us. You get a choice of 4 breakfasts. The apartment was spacious. There is a clothes washer. There are dryers elsewhere in the building. If there are concerns, the management is quick to help.

The 24/7 security on the entrance, the modern interiors, location and the staff, especially the manager who was very attentive and friendly with all of our mini requests, it was a great stay. The apartment (6J) was clean, spacious and almost brand new. There was no noise overall. Showers and toilet (with bidet) were perfect.

Rafael was super helpful during my stay. He really went out of the way to make sure I had everything that I needed! The flat is in a great location, easy to access everything you need! The bed is very comfortable and having a small kitchen is amazing for a slightly longer stay.

Everything we needed for our short stay was provided and it was very clean and comfortable. The apartment is very secure and access was easy. It was a studio room with full kitchen and all the amenities you would need for a short stay. It was super comfortable and in a great location. Wifi was also great. So many nice restaurants and bars nearby . The host was very helpful on our late arrival , gave us plenty of information regarding the area.

The building is a loft-studio converted to apartments, and the room we booked was HUGE! With different lights to fit any preference and mood, aircon, a super comfortable bed and a lovely terrace. Diego was a wonderful host, very friendly and full of suggestions for how to best enjoy the neighborhood and Buenos Aires. The location is also perfect as the neighborhood itself is really fun, and an easy bus ride to everywhere else you might want to go.
