Situated just 23 km from Newton Abbot Racecourse, River Retreat Apartment Exeter - River Views & Parking offers accommodation in Exeter with access to a garden, a tennis court, as well as luggage... The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. A welcome packet of biscuits as well as tea, coffee and milk were waiting for us. The bed was very comfortable, as was the sofa in the lounge. The towels were nice and large. We were met by the host and given a quick tour but, had she not been available, the keys were in a lock box and there was a list of need to know information in the lounge waiting for us. The river view was great and it was relaxing to watch the swans and ducks on the river. If I need to return to the area, this will be my go to place to stay as it really was lovely.

The Annexe is set in Teignmouth, 9.2 km from Newton Abbot Racecourse, 25 km from Sandy Park Rugby Stadium, as well as 14 km from Riviera International Centre. Perfect little flat for a short stay in Teignmouth - we squeezed 3 adults in just fine for one night, or would be perfect for a couple with a child. The flat was beautiful and so homey, with teabags, milk, shampoo - Karen went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! We know Teignmouth very well, and this location right by the Arts Quarter is wonderful, just a short walk from both beaches and all of Teignmouth's great pubs and cafes.
