The stuff is super helpful and polite. They communicate via whatsapp and the response is almost immediate.

Ana was very nice and helped us with our luggage that we could leave after check out. we wre offered cute lavender gifts and a map of the city with all the attractions and names of restaurants and beaches. The room was perfect, clean and fully equipped.
