An amazing and beautiful place in pastoral Dutch countryside! I had a pleasure to stay in one of the cabins on the estate. Nice and fully furnished with all the necessary stuff at hand, plus huge glass windows with shades – so one either can enjoy pastoral views and watch the birds or relax in privacy. Highly recommended for a family, couple or single person! Special thanks go to the owners - Otto & Erik - for being super helpful with all my requests! Definitely an experience I would repeat.

Set 300 metres from the centre of Roden right on the edge of the forest Mensingebos, Vakantie appartement de Havezate offers a spacious self-catering apartment with a balcony. Leek is 5 km away. It was like at home. Nice place. Easy to cook something, restaurants nearby, Albert Hein around the corner. Area as such is also lovely.

There is secure parking. The centre of the beautiful town of Emmen is a short walk away. One of the finest places I have stayed at - in the world.
