Beautiful spacious home and the most caring, kind and generous hosts. They thought of absolutely everything and even had stocked the fridge with some eggs, fruit, bread and milk. Lovely spacious apartment. Perfect for our family of four - beds ands sofa bed very comfy. Located in a good position on the Sunshine Coast and a short walk down to the ocean (which has beautiful sunsets). We really enjoyed being able to use the barbecue and outside eating area. Deb and Jim were so friendly - gave us plenty of information about the area and were keen to make everything about our stay as smooth as possible. Would highly recommend a stay here.

We had such a fantastic getaway at the Blue Cottage. The view over the water (and sunset) from the hot tub is absolutely wonderful. I also enjoyed sitting on the couch drinking my coffee watching the water through the big plate glass window at the front of the house. The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with, and checked several times to make sure we had everything we need. They are the ideal "B&B" hosts, where they've put a lot of thought into what you need in the home to have a good trip, and they left lots of little signs that help you figure out how everything works (fireplace, tv remotes, recycling, etc.) We didn't use the kitchen at all, but the rest of the house was very comfortable. It was nicely heated with main heater, aux fireplace and heated floors in the bathroom. The location worked well for us, quite close to Sechelt but everything on the coast is pretty close together so we visited all over while we were there. The driveway is quite steep, but I appreciate that the hosts put out a lighted sign so it's easier to see from the roadway.

Location is close to the Roberts Creek Picnic Grounds/beach and not to far of a drive from the ferry. Fresh breakfast basket was a lovely add-on. The one bedroom with kitchennette, fireplace, and jetted bathtub made the stay even more comfortable.
