We wanted to stay for one night, ended up staying the whole trip. It feels way more like a home than like a typical hotel. Some pros of the place: 1. Lovely property, only 6 rooms in traditionall Villa from XVII century. Very green patio, with many flowers and home to many birds. Thick stone walls provide good sound insulation and help to survive hot weather. Big bathrooms, well equipped rooms. Also perfectly clean. 2. Staff went above and beyond in hospitality, very friendly, any problems were fixed before I managed to report them, very flexible to any of our needs, 3. Nice brekafast - it may not be the biggest buffet, but always had something a bit different and local, also a glass of freshly squeezd orange juice from Mallorcan oranges was a great way to start a day. 4. Location - you are inside authentic medieval city walls, all best things in the city within a 5 min. walk, but it's not a main street and it is suprisingly quiet. We had no trouble with turists/party noise at night, but be warned that with open windows you will hear church bells at least every hour and quite a lot of birds at sunset/sundawn. For us it was a part of the charm. 5. No problem with check-in, if there is no one at the recepcion you get detailed instruction how to collect the keys. 6. Big free public parking, about 4 minutes walk from the place. I really recomend to give this place at least a try, you might love it as we did.

Huge grounds, beautiful pool, lovely spacious rooms and excellent shower facilities. Hosts very responsive, friendly and helpful. Gardens particularly well kept and property very clean. Lovely food/drink welcome package provided.

Wonderful location with great view from the terrace. Amazing house and in walking distance to Alcúdia old town an some wonderful beaches. Excellent and fast service. Fresh Fruits and Snacks in Welcome-basket. Early check-in was possible for us, which was great traveling with a infant.

Great location, walking distance to the best beach in Alcudia. Moreover, you have everything you need around: supermarket, bakery, restaurants, shops. Spacious, well-equipped apartment with everything you need for a long stay. Very attentive host, provided clear orientation and answered all our doubts.
