Our room was very large, completely new and very clean. We were able to use the kitchen and living room, which were also very large and clean. For breakfast you could choose whatever you wanted in a bar just 1 minute from the apartment. Annalisa was the perfect host, we really felt at home.

Basically - to keep it short - everything was great. Host was super nice and super responsive. Location is next to nice beach and a lot of activities for small kid. So, really great.

Das ganze Haus ist so liebevoll und absolut geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich, aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Frühstück war ein Highlight: selbst gebackenes Brot, Kuchen, Pancakes, frisches Rührei und bester Cappuccino.❤️

Sauberes, toll aufgeteiltes Apartment. Separates Schlafzimmer. Es gab Netflix. Gitterbett wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Super Preis-Leistung! Tolle Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Meer. Kaffee, Tee, Wasser und Snacks im Apartment. Küche gut ausgestattet (aber leider kein Salz/Öl). Bequemens Bett. Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ok.

Our stay at the hotel in Rimini was simply wonderful! The apartment was impeccably clean and spacious. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. They offer free bicycles for those who like to cycle, perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, I must commend the delicious breakfast served at the nearby hotel, also owned by the same hosts. The chef, such a lovely woman originally from Romania, is a top chef. Conveniently located near the Fiabilandia station, transportation was easy. The Metromare allowed easy access to charming destinations like Ravenna, Cesenatico or San Marino. However, our personal favorite was Santarcangelo di Romagna, a true hidden gem. Overall, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rimini and its enchanting surroundings.

It was very easy to find, straight out of the railway station and keep going for a few hundred yards. It is in the old town so sufficiently away from hustle of the beach area. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and unfortunately I was unable to sample the cakes as I had to rush off each morning. The proprietors were very friendly and spoke enough English for me to understand what was what. I will definitely book to stay here again when I am next in the area. For parkrun fans, it is very easy to reach the local parkrun. Out of the door, turn right, up to the main square in the old town, turn right and up to the Tiberius Bridge and the park is on your left.

1) Hosts were really friendly and willing to help you in any case. Don't hesitate to ask for any information about the hotel, or city. 2) Apartment was clean and contained all the equipment to cook yourself. Even the knives were sharp :) 3) Close to the beaches (2nd line) both free and paid #107. 4) Shops and cafes are also very close 5) Lidl is 30 min on foot, but the prices are worth going there. Wine is cheaper than twice. 6) The city center could be easily accessed by bus. 1.3 EUR ticket in DropTicket application. You can't buy tickets inside a bus so visit Tabacceria or use this application. 7) Aparthotel has a lift & parking garage 8) You can wash your clothes in the basement for 3 EUR. There are 4 washing machines 9) We asked for a kids' feeding chair - and it was an amazing option available :) I have never seen any hotel having it.
