The acommodation was very nice, completely new, clean and calm. The bed was very comfortable. The pool is also great for relaxing. It was only 10-15 min by walk to the city centre. The breakfast was delicious (sweat and sour options).

Where do I start?!!! Maria and Daniel were incredible hosts. They open up their living area to the guests for breakfast and are always available for information or just for a chat. Nothing is too much trouble. They have a washing service if you need it (€10 per load at the time of writing). The room itself is outstanding; brand new and immaculately decorated, as is the whole house, with all new fittings. Our room had a view to the sea and that most spectacular rocky mountain rising up out of it. They have an absolutely gorgeous outdoor area with lots of tables and chairs and sun lounges. There is free and secure parking if you have a car which we did. We were close to the Cala Callazza, Spiagga di Macari and Caletta del Bue Marino. Literally 50 m down the street and across the main road. San Vito lo Capo was a 5-10 min drive away. There are amazing places to stop all along this beautiful bay/gulf and it is just breathtaking. There is a lookout above the Caletta where you can watch the sunset and even see the lights of Erice in the distance once the sun is gone. We did day trips to * Erice: this is an old historic town. We probably would have got more out of it with a bit more planning, a detailed map and/or a guided tour. We only stayed 2 hours and we were unlucky to get lots of high cloud which obscured views of the sprawling valleys 😥 * Segesta (awesome). Cheap at €6 per person. If you pay €8 it includes a bus ride up and down the hill to the amphitheatre and surrounding ruins. You can also walk up the hill but on a hot day it would be arduous if you are not fit. We took the bus 🙂. Note that the parthenon looking structure is accessible by foot. It is a tiny bit steep in places but you can also walk/rest under the shade of the trees along the side of the path/steps * the Towers of Skopello. Beautiful but go early to get your money's worth and have the sun shining in the spot throughout the day.

Our hosts were so gracious and patient with us and our inability to speak Italian. We were greeted warmly and shown how to work all the locks, lights etc (first time to Europe so it wasnt exactly intuitive for us) AND he gave us a welcoming treat of fresh fruit that we had never had. (FIchi) The location was perfect! A few minute walk to the beach and to restaurants and cafes. The bed was comfortable and room was pleasant and clean with door to the outside courtyard/ patio. Our host gave us a recommendation for a vendor for umbrellas and chair so we got a discount for our day at the beach. We enjoyed that the owner/host sat and visited with us during breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and so charming in the little courtyard. I loved the dainty embroidered table cloths and adorable serving dishes. They had many fresh choices available: yogurt, fruit, pastries, coffee, cappacino etc If we come to San Vito Lo Capo again, which we hope to, we would absolutely stay here again!!

Everything! Location, food, host - I can’t fault a thing! It was great. The host was especially friendly and helpful. The bus stop is right at the end of the road in a straight line, and the main beach and town is a few mins walk. The breakfast is so good, and the rooftop is beautiful to sit anytime day or night.

Very nice style, great breakfast. The staff was amazing and it is possible to rent bikes to go to the beach. Because of the nice style and the very friendly host we enjoyed our stay a lot.
