-a warm host. We were welcomed with genuine greeting from them with real Italian capuccino e espresso! Caring, trying to anwer all questions and helpful without trying to make money out of you (which is very common for some hotel owners) -chic interior design with Taste - great facility( refrigerator, aircon, shampoo, dryer all working well, set up the way it should be) - generous portion, great , freshly made breakfast -super clean - good location- walking distance from train station, bus terminal

Nice location right on the beach,beautiful views from the patio, the breakfast is amazing and they serve dinner upon request which is also delicious. There are nice bars and restaurants within a walking distance from the property on the beach. Above all Saman and hus family are super friendly and will take care of you and help you as a friend to enjoy your time to the max 😀

Mr. Renuka is a kind, knowledgeable and friendly host. The property is located in a peaceful neighborhood close to the railway station and the bus stand. The apartment is spacious, has air conditioning, a washing machine, a comfortable bed, a dinning area, easy chairs and a kitchen with a gas stove and refrigerator. Nice clean bathroom too. Delicious meals are available on request, and the Wi-Fi speed was good too. My father and I were very satisfied with our stay at this property and with our host who is also a greatconversationalist. Highly recommended.
