Beautiful villa set in a little oasis of tranquility. perfect for friends on a get away who want their own rooms but also communal places to hang out. The team (Jason and Prian) are just fantastic, cooking delicious food for you and helping organise anything you need.

Breakfast was a good with a range of both thai and european options, staff were helpful although at time they did not understand some of our requests and at one stage forgot one order but brought out very quick once questioned about it, overall great experience eating beside the pool.

When we arrived, we had to wait about 20 minutes for the owner's assistant to bring us the keys. We arrived quite late after 9 pm, so the wait was justified. The room was very pleasant, clean, comfortable, only the door to the bathroom was hard to close. Apparently, due to the high humidity, the tree swelled and it was necessary to make an effort. We had cleaning done twice during the entire stay. We didn't pay anything on top of the amount withdrawn by booking. About the location: the beach is not far from 7 minutes on foot, but there are not enough good restaurants around to go for dinner. In any case, I recommend this great place!

The property was clean and quiet. Really good size and perfect for families with a living space to relax once the babies had gone to bed. It was in a great location, close to shops, and restaurants as well as easy walking distance to the beach Ton was a BRILLAINT host, helping us with any questions, arranging taxis for us and boat tickets.
