Nicely furnished and the large balcony has a sea view. Nice staff and neighbours. The area is very lively, and fun. Very close to the well known Khalid Ibn al Walid Street. Lots of places to eat and really easy to get around, with buses and taxis minutes away. You can even get a mini bus to Cairo on the main street.
