Kirinda Heaven - Yala, a property with an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, is set in Kirinda, 700 metres from Kirinda Beach, less than 1 km from Nidangala Beach, as well as 14 km from Tissa Wewa. I loved everything. We had an eleven-day scooter trip across the island, and Kirinda was our last stay before going home to Galle. The property is very well maintained; it looks new, minimalistic, and stylish. Everything was just perfect: the mattresses were super comfy, the AC worked properly, the shower was great, etc. But the main thing was the stuff and the food they cooked. I hadn't expected that I'd have one of the best dinners in five months in a place I had never heard of. Just spectacular!

With garden views, MENAKA HOMESTAY is located in Tangalle and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, picnic area and barbecue. I really felt at home here! The hosts went out of their way to care for me, welcoming me with a fresh smoothie and continuing to shower me with fresh fruit and snacks during my stay. Delicious food clearly made with love. The accommodations are clean and comfortable- AC room with fan, en-suite bathroom, mini fridge, etc. the highlight of my stay however was definitely the exceptional service and treatment from the hosts. Highly recommend booking here for a homey stay a stone’s throw from the beautiful Tangalle beach!

Featuring a terrace with garden views, a private beach area and a garden, Tanzanite place can be found in Tangalle, close to Goyambokka Beach and a 12-minute walk from Unakuruwa Beach. In my opinion, this is the best place you can stay in Tangalle. It is located a little bit outside the center so calmer but still close enough so that within 5 minutes, you are in town if you wish to. Two of the most beautiful beaches of the area (Silent Beach and Goyambokka Beach) are within walking distance. The place itself is absolutely great. It's a beautiful house with the hosts living on ground floor and the rooms/apartments on 2nd and 3rd floor. They are very spacious and equipped with everything you need, both for a short vacation or for a longer term stay. The beds are comfortable and the mattresses have standard US/European length, so your feet won't stick out. The AC works properly and in addition there is a fan. The WiFi is perfectly stable and fast enough even for video calls. The bathroom is clean and designed in such a way so that you can take a shower without the entire floor being wet for hours. The host and his family are very friendly and welcoming. His English is very good which makes communication easy, and he replies very quickly. They offer food at their place and rent out scooters. Given the price all of this is offered to us as guests, this place definitely deserves a 10 star review. I have already recommended coming here to friends and am certain you will be happy staying here either.

Located within 1 km of Paravi Wella Beach and 2.1 km of Marakkalagoda Beach in Tangalle, Villa Don Bastian offers accommodation with seating area. Pretty house with only four rooms, very close to a lovely beach. Four different options for breakfast - very tasty! Warm and very welcoming host - we felt like being home.

Featuring sea views, AMOUR AT TURTLE BEACH is located in the Tangalle Beach district of Tangalle, 23 km from Hummanaya Blow Hole and 20 metres from Rekawa Lagoon. I am on a 3-week trip around Sri Lanka and this has been my No. 1 highlight. Accommodation was just as advertised, if not better - great location (5 minute walk to the beach), spacious airconditioned rooms, lovely jungly surroundings and great views while sitting outside and having breakfast every morning. Peacocks, squirrels, wild parrots - to name just a few species... normal daily views/visits without even stepping outside of the garden. Incomparable peacefulness. Sri Lankan breakfast was great and kept me full until dinner. They also provide lunch and dinner, upon request. Last but not least - Ruchira, the landlord, was the best host ever. He took me around when I just arrived to show me what is where, provided valuable tips and arranged for me to go see the sea turtles lay their eggs on the beach one night. All in all - the accommodation, as well as the village and the beach, is perfect for people who, like me, seek peace and quiet. The overall vibe is homey and friendly. There is no loud music, there are no beach bars, there are no watersports - amazing.

Set in Tangalle within 15 km of Hummanaya Blow Hole and 6 km of Tangalle Lagoon, Turtle Watch Cabana provides rooms with free WiFi. Csendes kis utcában található, szuper házikó, stílusosan berendezve. Házigazda kedves volt, igazi vendéglátó behűtött juice-val fogadott és sok mindenről tudtunk beszélgetni, jobban megismertük az országot. A vacsorát és a reggelit is kérés szerint elkészítették. Finoman, ízletes volt mindegyik, a gyümölcstál pedig hatalmas.

Offering a private beach area, Green Turtle is located on Rekewa Beach, 12 km from Tangalle. 1 minute from turtle watch rekawa information center. Fantastic location, great rooms and the brothers that run this hotel are really nice, we will be back for sure!

A saját stranddal rendelkező Cinnabar Resort szálláshelye Tangalle városában található, 16 km-re a Hummanaya tengeri gejzírtől. Éjjel-nappali recepció és étterem is biztosított. Amazing location directly at the beach. I stayed in one of the tree houses and even booked an extra night because I enjoyed my time there so much. If you are looking for a nice place on the beach to relax-look no further!

Offering a terrace and views of the garden, Little Sunshine Guest House & Restaurant is set in Tangalle in the Hambantota District Region, a 5-minute walk to the Marakolliya Beach. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable with mosquito nets over both beds. The owners were really hospitable and lovely to deal with, the food was delicious too. There was a hammock and comfy seats outside each room on the terrace. It was only 5 minutes from a beautiful beach and a turtle sanctuary. where we saw a turtle laying eggs which was amazing.
