Great location, only a hundred metres or so from a tram stop which led to the city centre one way and a railway station connected directly to the airport the other way. Very friendly and helpful host who had stocked the fridge with more delicious food than we could eat and it was refilled every day! Lovely comfy bed, nice bathroom and a private terrace. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Arjan is a super nice and caring host, and the apartment is great, with a lot of style. The room has 2 comfy double beds, one on either side of the room, and hence multiple meters apart. In between are a nice sink with mirror and a spacious shower cabin with a rain shower. The outside wall is all windows, with a door from either bed to the large outdoor deck. Unfortunately I had no chance to use it due to some rain and very busy days. The apartment has a large comfortable couch and a large TV, dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. Also the Wi-Fi is strong. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, yet only a few minutes walking from good restaurants, supermarket, public transportation etc. A bakery is right around the corner. For me the fact that it was so close to the RAI conference center (7-8 min walking) was very practical. What made my stay extra special was Arjan 's presence in the apartment. He did not at all intrude on my space, but did offer food and drink multiple times and was also very helpful with some questions I had. Thank you for your "goede zorgen" and the nice conversations!

Per quanto riguarda i servizi, questa sistemazione è paragonabile a un appartamento tradizionale o a una camera d'albergo, ma offre una vista e un senso di indipendenza dieci volte superiori. Il rilassante rumore dell'acqua e delle barche che passano (presente solo a finestra aperta) contribuisce a creare un'atmosfera piacevole. La stanza è ben curata e pulita, dotata di tutto il necessario. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla fermata del tram. Il self check-in è estremamente comodo e l'host si è dimostrato molto disponibile.

A calmly neighborhood, just 25 minutes by tram or metro from the center. The apartment is really cozy and comfortable. The hosts were really friendly, we had a good communication!
