Felt like my second vacation home. Honestly the quality of service and prices in Cyprus are not usually good but here we were pleasantly surprised! Our flat was big enough for all family, in a corner so that we don't have many neighbours near by and probably bother them when our baby was crying, the rooms were recently sprayed for insects so it was clean, everything that we could possibly need was there. Even a small welcome package for some sandwiches when we arrive. Those details are that separates the "ok management" from the "awesome and professional" one. We had our own private car park under the building in the Shadow, easy access to the pools, good and stable wifi 24/7 thanks to a professional installation of ubiquity equipment in all floors. We will definitely use it again. Finally even though for me was a "last minute" choice the price was good, but most importantly the value for money was great will definitely return amd recommend it everywhere.

Every thing was amazing. So so so clean and very big. Every thing was very artsy, and had such a great vibe. The pool was amazing, and the pool walls were custom painted. My daughters favorite part was the fridge(it was also custom). Everything was new, and she had marble floors. I came with my family of 4 and it was perfect for us. The host was so lovely. She had snacks for the kids in the fridge and two bottles of wine for us. Again everything especially the bathroom was clean down to the detail. There was a washing machine that was very convenient. There was also a beautiful pool room that my youngest daughter would just not want to leave. It was filled with pool toys and floaties. It had an egg chair, couch a pink bed and so much more. She even had a grill on her two car garage. Nadine is the most caring and loveliest host you could ever ask for.

We have enjoyed the spacious and very well equipped holiday apartment, which really meets all the expectations for a relaxing stay in Pyla. The complex itself offers additional leisure and sports facilities such as indoor pool, sauna and gym.

Based on previous experiences I went to this location which is not so far from the see. In Pyla village there is all what you need for Holiday. If not go visit and shop in Orokliny or Larnaca. Accomodation is on very good level and communication with owners without any problems. We appreciated swimming pool in resort too. Nice and beautiful apartment with gorgeous garden with green grass, palms and lot of flowers and really nice seaside view oriented to south. Few seconds of walking is nice wide and clean beach with nice sand and warm sea. Apartment was nice and clean, nice kitchen and livingroom. Nice big terrace with grill. Very lovely, charismatic and helpful owner. Very nice was welcome watermelon which was really sweet and so big. Also we came with small baby so owner prepared some special meals for infant which is really nice and helpful especially when you spend few hour of traveling.... Also neighbors was friendly. Parking place near to doors, great when u have a baby. Anyway, I was in same complex but in different apartment without garden and seaview before and definitely i can recommend invest few more €€€ and enjoy it like we're.

Everything! very nice apartment(ground flour). good locations. very quiet and yet close to restorants and shops. all was good, the owner orderd us a taxi from airport and the taxi new exactly where to bring us and also driver called the owner as we were approaching the apartment. The owner met us at the apartment, showed everything. was very helpful with information about surroundings. The next days I asked him if he has a bigger pot and he just bought anew and brought it in 2 hours!! the apartment itself very comfortable. huge kitchen -has everything you need, very soft couches. nice patio. and really 7 min to the beach (5 if you walk without kids). ideal for travelers with kids! It a simple apartment, do not expect 5* hotel. but great value for money!!!!!!!

Eleni is the nicest lady, very kind, helpfull and amazing. She arranged the taxi for us, allowed us to do the early check in, and to leave our luggage longer at her apartment, because we had a late flight. Apartment is very spacious, has everything you can think of (toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine etc). We had a huge balcony with sunbeds. Apartment was super clean and cleaning lady was coming twice a week. Local beach is very close (5min walk). Bus station is near as well (3min walk) from where you can go to Aya Napa (711 or intercity bus) and Larnaca (424 and 425). Supermarkets and restaurants are in a walking distance (around 10min maybe).

Fabulous location, right on the beach. We arrived late at night and could hear the waves. Clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Bottle of wine was a really nice welcome treat too.
