Location is prime, 1 minute walk to baby point, 7 minute walk on the beach to main point. 20 minutes toktok ride to up and down loctions such as puttovill point and pinuat farm. Advisable to take the AC room, you can manage the fan rooms but its much better to take the AC room. We asked to switch at half stay time from fan to AC room. The Manager and family were very nice , they took care of all our needs begining from colmobo pickup and return and ending with local surf points. I would definitely reccomend the spot.

This place is completely amazing. The location, the stunning garden, the beautiful and super comfy huts, the relaxed/zen design and ambiance of the whole hotel ground, the super delicious fresh food and drinks, the extra attentive and adorable staff, the services and assistance provided with transportation, sight seeing, etc... and bonus points to the top professional, top responsive, top friendly owners.

Location of the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. all the shared spaces are well maintained by owners.this is a place for people who love peace.quiet and privacy. It's near to famous surfer spot call wishky point.it is a good opportunity to stay for the surfers.night view of the hotel is very beautiful and colorful.it is very good place to stay

"I had the pleasure of staying at 20 House Villa during my recent trip to Arugam Bay and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The villa's proximity to the beautiful beaches of Arugam Bay made it the perfect place for a beach vacation. The surrounding area near the Muhudu Maha Viharaya was a bonus as it provided a peaceful and calming atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. However, what really stood out during my stay was the excellent customer service provided by the owner of the 20 House Villa. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The owner went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and memorable stay. The villa itself was tastefully designed, spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. I particularly loved the outdoor space, which was perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning surroundings. Overall, my experience at 20 House Villa was exceptional and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation with excellent customer service. We stayed at sunset view beach hotel and dined at the moon garden restaurant for all four days of our beautiful trip to the area. Anas and his team were so obliging in every way and helped us out on so many occasions. Anas was always just a quick WhatsApp away and helped us out with directions, renting a scooter and helpful tips about the area. Our room at the hotel was so comfortable and clean. We had our own personal patio & laundry area and extra room which we used for working from (which we were not expecting) The restaurant was outstanding! The best kotthu I have had so far in Sri Lanka! And excellent friendly staff and service all round. I cannot recommend the place enough. Good people & good vibes. Great & friendly service. Iqbal and the staff are what make this place amazing! Any travel tips, tours need booking, etxra coffee and tea during the day, scooter rental- everything they can arranged - they even helped me stitch holes in my clothes! They were really helpful in everyway, and so lovely. Breakfast was great each day! They also sell water and soft drinks on site cheaper than surrounding areas. The location is in a quiet area of town, away from the craziness which is perfect, but still only a 10-15 minute walk to all the big resturants and surf spots. Really loved my stay here an extended a few times! Thanks for the great trip!
