The mattress and pillows were comfy. It was easy and nice to communicate with the host, he was kind and attentive. When I arrived, the place was spotless and the host maintained the shared spaces all the time of my stay (10 days)

Though what's more important - it's the people that make the atmosphere, and the whole staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. You really feel that people care, which make the experience even more serene.
