The neighborhood is safe and nice, but mind that you would probably need a car if you plan to visit the city and not only stay around the studios. The host, Julia, is just an amazing and kind person. She came over in the first evening after we checked in, shared some tips for our trip, even prepared a full day itinerary for us ♥️ moreover, she took us for a quick ride in the neighborhood showing some of the scenic viewpoints. Mike and the crew had my apartment ready for me upon an early arrival. The place was a really good size with full kitchen, refrigerator, washer and dryer unit in the room, a comfortable bed, pull out sofa and above all it was peaceful. The place is located just about a block from the LA Convention Center where i was attending a conference. There's a train station across the street and it was the perfect place for me. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you're like myself and like to prepare your own meals. I walked to Whole Foods which was about a 20 minute walk (about 1 mile) and purchased fresh food to eat, way better than had i ate on the run. Thank you for your hospitality and for offering such a nice, safe space to call home for 4 days.

Vlasnik apartmana je bio vrlo prijateljski nastrojen i sve nam je objasnio, čak nam je i preporučio što posjetiti, na svaki moj upit je vrlo brzo odgovarao. Svi smo bili vrlo zadovoljni ovim apartmanom i isplati se ovdje odsjedati ukoliko ste u LA-u.
