The place is beautiful, the rooms are extremely cool, clean, there is everything you could ever wish for or need in there. We had difficulty figuring out the heating, but we still weren't cold (outside was really cold, frost on the car in the morning). The person in charge in the evening texted us with instructions to find our keys and directions to our domes cause we arrived pretty late and it was smooth and great. The staff is incredibly accommodating, really life savers. My 10 year old said it's the coolest place he's ever been. The only thing I regret is not staying longer.

Stayed at Annie’s as a stopover between Bryce Canyon and Capital Reef. Couldn’t have been more perfect. It was just like staying at a friend’s house. Home grown and home made breakfast. He arranged dinner reservations at the only restaurant, and gave us super directions to the park via a very scenic back route. Would absolutely stay there again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. PS Beautiful room with a view!

Each bite was a culinary delight, and it truly set the tone for a fantastic day ahead. Thank you for providing such a wonderful retreat. We look forward to returning in the future.

Located in Springdale, 800 metres from Zion National Park, Novel House Inn at Zion provides accommodation with free WiFi and a garden. Very lovely hotel with great interior and a wonderful theme. We spend very lovely days here with the family. Especially the library and the location directly at the Zion NP were amazing! Additionally Joana was so wonderful!
