The property and my experience was pretty perfect. Absolutely loved our night here - beautiful hotel and grounds - a real relaxing retreat! Located 17 km from Udawalawe National Park, Secret River Side Safari Lodge provides accommodation with a garden, a terrace and room service for your convenience. This is absolutely such a wonderful stay, just go! The room is perfect and you look out on a lovely garden with a river next to it (you can swim!). The family is so lovely and the dinner they cooked was amazing. On top, they arranged a super nice safari with a very good driver. Wish I could stay a bit longer to enjoy the peace and quiet on a sunny day!
