Located only 450 metres from the beach, Sunmed Lodge offers air-conditioned bungalows with mountain views. The property has a large green garden with olive trees. We were really happy with our stay. A cosy little house with a front patio was perfect for our needs. Everything was spick and span clean - we stayed 5 nights during which time our room was cleaned and towels changed twice. The owner and staff were super friendly and helpful. Upon leaving the owner gave us a lift to Fethyie. We would definitely stay here again

Situated in the beautiful Kabak Bay, Avalon Bungalows offers spectacular views of the Aegean Sea. Avalon was the best place I’ve ever been too, very clean, cozy, panoramic view of Faralya, the breakfast and dinner were just perfect, the food is very delicious, the infinity pool was something else wow! We regretted that we checked out to another hotel in fethiye. Even the dirt road leading to the hotel wasn’t that bad as I read in the previous feedbacks; it was just okay and they have their own parking without any difficulties reaching there. The biggest thanks goes to Burak! A gentleman who came everyday to ask about everything.

Excellent location, close to the beach in the heart of Bitez, cafes and restaurants for every taste within walking distance. The hotel is brand new, the rooms, although not large, are very comfortable, very clean and have everything you might need. Our family of 2 adults and 2 children were wonderfully accommodated. This is not a huge hotel with a bunch of everything – it's a cozy, relaxing place and if it suits you, then it's a great option to stay here. Offering a garden and garden view, Tiny house kayaköy Nar is located in Fethiye, 9.2 km from Fethiye Marina and 9.3 km from Ece Saray Marina. We stayed at this property for two nights and it was the highlight of our whole trip. Tiny homes are spacious enough for up to three people. Ours had a huge garden where you can just chill or barbecue. The kitchen utensils and appliances were of high quality. There was lots of attention paid to every detail from decorations to gardening. We did not have any vehicles but it took us approximately 15 to 20 min walk to the restaurants and the abandoned town. I highly recommend this place to those who want to be away from the crowds and enjoy the nature.

Şirince mağara deresi evleri., a property with a garden, is set in Selcuk, 12 km from Great Theatre of Ephesus, 12 km from Church of Mary, as well as 27 km from Kusadasi Marina. We were pleasantly surprised. Really liked this property as it seemed in the middle of nowhere, yet a short and enjoyable 10 min walk through the village to Sirince market and hub. Very quiet, beautiful balcony overlooking the hills. Decent internet if really needed. On the lines of a glamping cottage or cottage in the hills. Our host was very helpful and friendly. Note: Enjoying this property is relative experience. The property is well off the main roads and requires driving on about 1-1.5 miles of dirt and cobbled tracks (narrow and steep in few places) to get there. Our host had to guide us to the property as it is not easy to find on the map (again just last mile- mile and half).
