Staff was nice and helpful, they helped us with the luggage, and also recommended the best places to visit in zell am see. Now a day is rare to find someone as Eran at the reception, to welcome and listen the needs like he did. Professional and hospitable, he adapted all services following our needs. We received as well excellent restaurant service by the staff, especially from the woman that was talking italian. Hotel are becoming more and more without soul and staff is cold. If you are looking for an hotel with a soul, managed by people who cares about you and their job, this is the good one.
