Older, remodeled property with stairs to climb. Stairs to reception area and then again to room. Room was small, but clean. Comfortable bed. Across the street from the beach and easy walk to restaurants.

Lovely little coastal town, the beaches are amazing, clean and dog friendly, it was lovely watching the pooches playing in the sea. The beach walks were relaxing, the general store well stocked and the SLSC a lovely meal.

Aireys Inlet has the beach and it also has the Otway forest. Great all around the year. A smaller town than some along the Great Ocean Road but it has all you need.
Don't miss the Lighthouse tour!

Loved the walks in the area, along the coast and to Ironbark Gorge. We were delighted to go up Split Point Lighthouse. Lovely places to relax over a coffee or meal, especially in the top area where the Sunnymead Motel is situated.

The sea and the views are amazing.
The sea and the views are amazing. However, the hospitality facilities were completely shut down and the was nothing available for a meal or a cup of coffee. This is not acceptable in full holiday season, even if it was Christmas!

‘Little feast ‘- Amazing Italian restaurant with exceptional and diverse food ,cooked with love , and lovely festive atmosphere. I liked the retro blue booths A rare gem on the coast . Wish we had in Melbourne.
Lots of sparkling fairy lights and huge paper lanterns
Staff were fantastic.
The captain of Aireys pizza restaurant - again great staff and ambience, with pizzas similar in style and taste to Milan , especially the Margherita. It was just the best pizza we have had since forever ...
Eagle Rock for exploring with kids at low tide and climbing all the way around is an adventure .

Aireys Inlet is a great place to relax and spend some quiet time. Surroundings are absolutely beautiful with amazing views, great beaches and coastal walk track.
Not many options to eat out but I suppose it is enough considering it is a small town and you have Anglesea and Torquay a short drive away.
This hotel is not only in a central location and within walking distance for groceries or a bite, the rooms are just as nice and clean as they appear in the photos (freshly painted, floorboards, cute furniture and decorations, nespresso machine, bar kit & glassware, quality bathroom products, and all the other standard basic amenities you would need).
Sarah was so welcoming, and provided great tips on local eats and sightseeing attractions.
I absolutely loved my stay here, and cannot wait to return soon!
The cottage was in a beautiful quiet bush location with lots of bird life. It was especially great that I could take my dog with me. We enjoyed the walk from the Cottage to the leash free dog beach. I think she enjoyed her stay as much as me. The Cottage was clean, warm and very comfortable with a wood heater to keep us very cosy. Loved being so close to all the wonderful walking tracks and enjoyed exploring beautiful Aireys Inlet. Can't wait to go back to see what I missed.
What an absolute gem. I travelled here on a whim after spending a day for work in Colac and felt like I was in a Boutique Hotel. Everything from the lux bed and pillows, to the happy decor, to the Herbalist shampoo, conditioner and body soap stocked in the bathroom made my one night stay amazing. Also a short walk to cafes and the lighthouse where I went for sunrise. Could not fault my stay and will definitely be back!
I work as a housekeeping supervisor in a 5star hotel in melbourne city.i cannot fault the cleanliness of the motel consider to be a 3star only.even putting extra amenities before our arrival.location was very good close to the beach and restaurant.highly recommended and deginitely we coming back.
Fabulous location, close to beach, surrounded by bush, paras-sailing launch pad, visited by birds, all wonderful. Aireys Inlet & Lorne nearby to grab a bite to eat.
Excellent provision to cook or bbq. Lots of room for a group of friends to breakout into.
Loved everything about this beautifully decorated hotel and didnt want to leave.. large comfortable bed, large super clean room,, gorgeous decor, funky glassware/crockery and a Nespresso coffee maker. Highly recommend this stunning hotel.
The hotel is definitely a gem of Aireys Inlet and the uppers Great Ocean Road region. While offering everything one could wish, the hotel is quiet and comfy. Would recommend all my family and friends!
Location was central to all main attractions and facilities in Aireys Inlet (~5 min walk). Quiet location on the great ocean road.
