Everything especially Eva the owner. Literally made my stay smooth as the weekend was a crazy one for me. Thankyou so understanding and let me have her Beroccas. Beyond blessed. Definitely will always have my stay here when in the area. Plus the rooms honestly nothing to fault. Thankyou.

central location was very convenient. There were no breakfasts but that didn't matter as we were able to buy a box of cereal and disposable bowls and cutlery so that saved money for a 4 day stay. I appreciated being able to borrow iron and ironing board.

What a great place to stay. Amiel and his team do an amazing job to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Exceptionally clean rooms with great facilities and amenities. The bed is very comfortable too. I will definitely stay here again.

It was nice for what we needed it to be.
It was nice for what we needed it to be. My partner ended up getting bed bug bites all up his arms and he has severe eczema which has now caused a whole body flare up. And the other room we booked for the other two that stayed with us both have bed big bites too. Very disappointed as we didn’t see these bites until much later after check out

Deafening road noise all night long, and no tv in the bedrooms to help with the noise. The rooms were hardly comfortable, and tiny. Despite apparently having undergone a recent renovation, I couldn't see it; everything was very dated and extremely basic. A very uncomfortable visit, the kids absolutely hated being there as there was no in-room entertainment for them at all, ie, no cable access or smart tv and terrible wifi.

Restaurant was not working due to staff shortage and hasn’t been for some months. Pool was too cold to swim and spa pool was not turned on until 4pm. Spa bath in room was not working, and far too awkward to access for a elderly person. No batteries in TV remote and electric jug would not switch off automatically.
Nice friendly and helpful staff.
Too close to noisey motorway.
Only good thing was a comfortable bed.
Definitely would not stay here again.
Very poor value for money.

The fridge was too small and filled with drinks.
The fridge was too small and filled with drinks. We had to take out the drinks to be able to store our brought food. I think that was the only problem we loved the room big with big king size bed. Big bathroom with big bath/spa.
Room was a little dated but very good overall. Surprisingly quite considering closeness to the highway. Comfortable bed and A/C working fine. Hotel ground were quite nice. Great pool.
