The hotel is old and the cost is high for a hotel needing work
the one advantage is the down town location

Fredericton is a beautiful small City feeling in a great downtown location along the St. John River. It is filled with restaurants, artists shops and other shops. There are amazing walking/biking paths throughout Fredericton. There is a Farmers' Market every Saturday off Brunswick Street.

Fredericton is the capital of New Brunswick and the home of the University of New Brunswick and St. Thomas University. There are ample and good local bars and restaurants that demonstrate typical down-home hospitality and friendliness. Good bars include The Snooty Fox, Dolan's Pub and Rustico King West Brewing. It's an easy city to drive in and the downtown can be walked end to end in less that 30 mins (unless you decide to stop in one of the many cafes, pubs or restaurants).
I was checked in without any stress when I arrived this Facility before their normal checking in time. My stay moved from 4 days to 21days as I was looking for an appropriate accommodation to move in to. They gave me very reasonable discounts considering I was an International Student.
Two of the front Desk staff stood out for me - Sean and Teni (I hope I got the name correctly). They were always willing to answer the extra questions I had, always tried to go the extra mile for me. Thank you so much Fredericton Inn for having me.
We were very pleasantly surprised with our stay at this Days Inn. It’s very conveniently located at the centre of the city, but still in a quiet and easily accessible area. Our room was absolutely lovely, very clean and comfortable, and with hardwood floors, which was gorgeous. Our favourite part of the stay was definitely the breakfast; we were expecting plain continental food, but it ended up being quite a delicious hot breakfast that we all greatly enjoyed. Would highly recommend this hotel for all travellers
Throwback hotel. if you want to know what a hotel was like in the 70’s, this is it. Our room was an inside courtyard with balcony overlooking the enclosed pool, hot tub, and dining area. There was a chlorine smell when on the balcony, but it felt quite nostalgic to me; reminded me of my youth staying in the Park Motor Hotel in Niagara Falls back in the early 70’s with my parents.
Although the hotel is older and the bathroom tiles were very dated, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the linens were soft and fluffy. The room was very clean. Staff were very friendly. We were happy to see a table and two chairs in the room. Many rooms we have stayed in are supposed to accommodate up to 4 people but usually only have one chair.
Stay was truly enjoyable. The lobby was clean and well maintained, check-in was quick and easy. Room was cozy, comfortable and very clean. Hotel Location is excellent, with easy access to the highway and just a short drive from downtown Fredericton. Overall, I highly recommend the Days Inn Fredericton for anyone visiting the area.
Stayed here on our last trip east. The location is great and the service is great. I really like the breakfast which starts earlier enough to have breakfast and get back on the road. Rooms are always nice and clean, the hotel is nice and clean. A really great value for money.
Confortable bed, confortable pillows. Though at corner of main roads was nice and quiet overnight.
Close to the walking bridge, so you can actually walk into downtown Fredericton while staying outside. Close to the renowned Picaroons Brewery Roundhouse.
It was brand new. We loved the 9” ceilings and the vinyl plank floors. The room was very spacious and overlooked the pond on the beautiful golf course. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Sam Sneads at the adjacent club house and went bowling right next door.
We had a great stay at the Carriage House Inn. Angie is very kind and welcoming. The room was very clean and well equipped. The house is also very charming and beautiful. We would definitely come back again if we come back to Fredericton!
Nice hotel, the rooms were a good size, nice and comfortable. Free parking on the premises which was most appreciated and very close to the main road out of Fredericton allowing for an early start in the morning.
The hotel is worth the price. I visit here one night on my way back home. They have a small bar that provides snacks and drinks which is a convenience for me. The room is big, and the bed is very comfortable.
Perfectly situated for a walking stay in Fredericton! Very lovely walk to the walking bridge, historic downtown and minutes to the farmers market. A beautifully preserved historic home on a quiet street.
We had a clean and spacious clean room. It’s not far from downtown Fredericton. The gentleman who checked us in was outstanding! We stayed three nights and we’re not disappointed.
