Lovely B and B, extremely cosy and the host was amazing. Breakfast was a particular highlight during our stay.

I liked the lovely old building and the garden and I liked having breakfast outside as the sun came up. The buffet was very good and so was the staff. It was nice seeing you all working so well together to serve dinner.

Easy to find (coming with the car). The hotel is at walking distance from everywhere and there are shuttles to the cable car (for those on skis).
The hotel entrance, lounge and the bedroom are very cozy and welcoming, and there are many books available on the corridors and stairs for reading! The staff is very welcoming and I never had to wait to get attention, both at check-in and at breakfast.
Breakfast is good, the choice is sufficient (unfortunately there were no croissants at 10:00 ... something I do dearly miss ;-) ). For me it is essential for a breakfast to have enough croissants also for late comers... (often they disappear very quickly from the buffet).
Surrounded by mountains, Hotel Fex is set in the car-free Val Fex, at 2000 metres above sea level and 8 km from the Furtschellas-Corvatsch cable car.

The main selling point is the location: at the end of the Fex valley. The rooms are not that big, bathrooms are basic (but more than adequate!). The other selling point is that the food and service is very good, really a cut above the rest when compared to simmilar hotels. Can only recommend it.
A lovely place to stay. Within 30 mins drive of ST Moritz and a 5 min drive to the garage or a 5 min walk to the local shop. A wonderful host and lovely lady. We could not have asked for more while we stayed there. The lady is a painter also and Invited us into her studio to view her paintings. Cheaper to stay at rather than being in st Moritz and only a small drive to st Moritz or the Italian border. Would definitely stay here again.
The house was very clean and tidy and had everything you needed to cater for yourself while there.
