This is a top notch accommodation : clean, spacious, with quiet rooms and beautiful view to the river + it has a terrace. Modern interior, living room and sleeping room are separated, the bathroom has a rain-head shower, there is a washing machine , microwave oven, dishwasher, barbecue grill (!), kettle, coffee machine and cutlery+plates available + a fridge , free Wi-Fi, dimming curtains in living room and sleeping room.
It takes 5 minutes to get to the central square on foot.

Absolutely everything exceeded my expectations. Modern, clean, cozy, plus that extra special personal touch and thoughtfulness. Kind host (a pro at Google Translate), beautifully renovated suite, little extras all over, tons of information about the town and Šumava, fully stocked kitchen with fridge and new hot plate in room, perfect location—close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough away to be serene, with walking trails starting at the property! The host is running things on her own, and is doing a fantastic job. I cannot wait to come back here. Something like this in the United States or Austria or Switzerland would be a minimum of $200 (or euros or a similar currency) per night (likely more).
