Té una bona ubicació. Just al costat hi ha un petit supermercat i un forn de pa. A 10 minuts hi ha Triberg i és un bon lloc per allotjar-se per visitar la part sud de la Selva Negre. L'espai de l'apartament és còmode. La cuina és petita però té tots els estris necessaris. Encara que no té forn ni renta vaixelles. Sobretot posar sempre la campana en marxa si es cuina qualsevol cosa, sinó salta l'alarma d'incendis amb molta facilitat. El llit és còmode. La terrassa ideal per fer els àpats si hi ha bon temps. Dins també hi ha taula. Té bones vistes i és tranquil. L'aparcament no és massa gran però no hem tingut cap problema per trobar lloc. De totes maneres hi ha un aparcament gratuït del poble just davant. Té piscina coberta a la planta baixa que està molt bé. Sobretot si vens cansat de tot el dia i en plena onada de calor.
