Tilava moderni huone, josta pääsi parvekkeelle. Hyvät pimennysverhot estivät hyvin myös auringon paahdetta. Ilmainen pysäköinti. Venesatama ja laitureita vieressä, siellä oli kiva käydä kävelemässä. Myös hiekkaranta pöytineen ihan vieressä. Rannalle oli ajautunut paljon kaislamoskaa, joten ei uimaan houkutellut, mutta kiva rannalla oli silti käveleskellä. Itsepalvelubaari aulassa: Vaikka respa meni kiinni jo klo18, sai "aulabaarista" ottaa mitä halusi, kunhan vain laittoi huonekohtaiseen listaan mitä otti ja aamulla lähtiessä maksoi.
