The best value for money anywhere I have experienced. A warm welcome awaited us from reception. After a 9 hour drive this was appreciated. A very central location, five minutes from the town centre. A secure garage was appreciated, 12 euros per night. Clean room with en-suite bathroom. The room was very small however that did not matter as the hotel was fantastic value for money. May I recommend restaurant El Lagar de Isilla. The food was typical of the region, in season try the mushrooms. The bonus was that the restaurant has 15th C underground caves for the dinners to visit after our supper, a real march back in history. These caves were once used for wine storage when Carrefour was not invented :)

Aranda De Duero is the capital of the Ribera Del Duero wine region. The city is small enough to be able to walk around with some free parking. It is worth spending time here to go and visit the wine museum and take a audio guided tour of the wine cellars below the city.

In Aranda de Duero I wouLd visit the subterreanean winerys, they are wonderful, you can book this in calle Isilla in the Top Queens shop (Bodegas don Carlos)or online it is really worth it its unique. Then, a must is the Asador el Lagar which is just in front a little further up the street, Also if you like to walk you can do so on the banks of the Douro Just across the street.

Standard of the wi fi was very poor and gave me a lot of problems in first connecting and then retaining the connection in my room. So poor that I will not consider staying again at this hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Road outside hotel was under radical reconstruction during visit making it difficult to find the way in, but this was alleviated by helpful staff who enabled use of the available and free garage. Impression given that this was a hotel that has recently been thoroughly renovated and modernised; everything in good order.

Location is excellent - just a few minutes walk from the Old Town of Aranda de Duero. The room was quiet (it looked into an inner courtyard). Bed was very comfortable. It came with a TV. The bathroom was adorned in beautiful marble. Shower was good. The heat, from the radiator in the bathroom, meant the place was always nice and warm and cozy. The towels were even soft and cuddly!!
Staff, too, were very friendly and courteous & spoke good English.
Fabulous strong shower. Could park car in front of hotel for €2.20 from 5:30 until 9:30. Great that there was a lift for our luggage. Quiet room. Good walking distance (5minutes) to cross river to main square which is buzzing with bars where a good glass of Ribera de Duero can be enjoyed. Very friendly host. This is our third and not last time here. Suits us very well as an overnight stop on our journey from France to southern Spain.

Loved the view of the vineyard from our hotel room, there was a lovely balcony to stand on to admire the view. The rooms were spacious, the bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom was perfect. It was great to have a fridge in the room too. There was lots of safe parking within 10 metres of the hotel.
The hotel was located in the centre of the city. The staff were very helpful. Jose could speak English and gave us the name of an excellent restaurant within walking distance. He was very generous and even gave us a couple of bottles of wine.
On our arrival the staff were very helpful. The location to the town is great.
On entering the hotel it looks like a four star hotel. Very nice looking and grand.
The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious

The location of this hotel is a big plus, but the restaurant is certainly another. My wife and I enjoyed a lovely evening meal with the local wine. Thoroughly enjoyable.
