Oh, it was cozy, well decorated, quiet and clean. They always are great and the Thai soup was phenomenal. Also, we had a delicious, gluten free Filipino cake made with cassava. They freshened up our rooms when we went out and we had a beautiful view of the hydrangea bushes. Thank you, Alejandro!

The location on the beach was perfect. This hotel had a restaurant and that was a good. Especially the breakfast was a pleasure, because there was a selection of gluten free product, fresh orange jus and fruits.

With good access to the A-8 Motorway, Hotel Bufon de Arenillas is located in Riego, 12 minutes’ drive from Llanes. It offers smart, air-conditioned rooms with a TV.

Very clean and comfortable. Room had A/C. The receptionist showed us a map of how to get to the Bufon de Arenillas Natural Monument without backtracking to the Camino route.
Just a 15-minute walk from El Vivero Beach and 0.9 miles from Playa de la Franca, Sidreria La Casa Abajo features accommodations in La Franca, with a terrace and a bar.

Within 30 mins walk of a very good beach and other amenities, above a genuine Spanish bar doing food and beer. Great as a base to explore the area if you have transport.

A hamlet beside the village of Pendueles (and its railway station) and close to the resort town of Llanes in Asturias, Buelna has a beautiful coastline with several small, not-too-busy, calm beaches and incredible views over the Asturian coastline which can be enjoyed along the rural walks which intertwine Buelna and Pendueles.
You can also visit Llanes, which is nearby and bigger, by RENFE train and there are other activities such as bike hire in the area.
If you are new to Asturias, try the cachopo, which is a large breaded fried fillet which comes in various meats and cheeses. Asturian cider is also notoriously good!
