Burgos was a great place, some historical Churches, the vibe of the city was great. Had to get our head around the restaurant opening and closing times, but once we knew it was alright. Yes I would recommend this city to friends.

Found a lovely place to eat Pinchos (tapas) very nice and not far from the hotel. The city is beautiful with so many buildings of architectural interest. Only staying one night whilst travelling through Spain was not enough time to appreciate everything the hotel had to offer.

We went to Burgos for the Cathedral and were not disappointed. The City centre is pedestrianised so it was easy to stroll around and find good tapas bars. There is a riverside park which must be lovely in the Summer.

Burgos is an historic city, still with lots of lovely buildings. It is quite small, so easy to get around. The centre is partly pedestrianised, has lots of restaurants, bars, squares and parks so is very tourist-friendly.
The cathedral is splendid but not really to my taste. The new Museum of the Evolution of Man shows off the recent local discoveries of prehistoric
hominids which are by far the oldest in Europe. But it's aimed at adults, especially Spanish-speakers, not so much families.
Burgos celebrates its most famous son - El Cid - and being on the Camino de Santiago de Compostela.

I liked the old town, its plethora of Romanesque churches and the Cathedral. I really liked the museum that was opposite our accommodation in Calle Miranda. For just one euro one can see artifacts from celt-iberian peoples, Greek, Roman and Spanish Medieval. All this is housed in a 15th century residence of a Canon from the Cathedral.
There was some great places to eat. I highly recommend Cerveceria 100 Montitos.
The hotel was excellent. Clean, modern, and the room I was in is probably the largest room I've had on the Camino. It felt like I was splurging. The location was great, less than a ten minute walk to the cathedral. Lots of great bars and shopping around. Also, the breakfast at the hotel was really good. Plenty of food, and good quality of items.
Best value for money compared to most hotels in the city. Not that far from the city center, easily walkable. Parking fee is also the lowest than other hotels ask for and the parking garage is at the museum, lots of vacant spaces and quite secure. The breakfast was nice and you get more than what you pay for. Very happy with this hotel!
The staff was well informed and very helpful (we had been traveling for a week and needed laundry and were pointed out to the laundry located within a block of the hotel.
The location was EXCELLENT - right on the way of St James and near the center of the old part of Burgos. we got to see a lot of stuff there and enjoyed it greatly
Such a relaxed, friendly hotel. A stone's throw from the astonishing Museum of Human Evolution, and an easy, pictureque walk to the Cathedral. Room decorated simply and with charm. The caféteria had a nice, neighborhood feel about it. But, above all, I found the staff charming and helpful.
The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location of the hotel was in the heart.of Old Town & a few minute walk to the Burgos Cathedral. The front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was nice as well. I would definitely stay here again.
There couldn't be a better location in Burgos. You are steps away from entering the city through the beautiful pedestrian gate with the cathedral and other historic sites in close proximity. We loved Burgos and would stay in this hotel again if we are ever in the area.
Arrived in the car park to a dirty frontage, used glasses, rubbish very grubby. The whole place had a terrible smell about it and our room… so bad we turned around back to the car and found a good hotel in Burgos same price, Marriott, clean and fresh.
I loved Burgos and this hotel made it extra special. I stayed in the cathedral view room and it was so lovely. I also had to move to another room because I stayed extra days due to my cold and other rooms was great too. Breakfast was exceptional too.
Location couldn’t be better, right behind the Plaza Mayor and quite close to the cathedral. Very central, lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
Simple breakfast but I loved the toast and the best coffee I’ve ever had at a hotel breakfast.
Staff were friendly, hotel is next door to University of Burgos campus, and the bar downstairs serves good coffee. Hotel was bike friendly too. Hotel is an easy 2km cycle into the centre of town. Plenty of parking at the University.
Very nice apartment. Quiet and nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable. Very close to the Burgos Cathedral. Check in is at another hotel across the River about three blocks away. We would stay here again.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for me, a very convenient bus service to the centre of Burgos. And who wouldn't want to stay at a hotel called Las Vegas?
Very nice hotel in a heart of Burgos. Staff was very very kind, rooms were clean (but small!). We recommend for a short trip due to the size of the rooms :)
The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Burgos. We had a wonderful breakfast in the hotel restaurant overlooking magnificent Burgos cathedral.
